REGISTRATION FORMS ARE ALSO AVAILABLE IN EACH CHURCH
AS WELL AS IN THE FAITH FORMATION OFFICE
Return the completed forms, one per family, with a check made out to the St. John Paul II Parish
for the total fees.
Registration due by September 4, 2025.
Registration fees are $50 per participant in grades 1-7,
$100 total for grade 8 through Confirmation Session C (one time registration fee covers all)
with a cap of $100 per family.
